Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have general questions about our packages and services? Check out the FAQs first and if you can’t find the answer you’re after contact me here.
What is your design process?
The design process is quite involved/ Once you make contact with us I will set up a time to go over your creative needs. This can be in person, over the phone or video call (by appointment). There will be a questionnaire for you to fill in so we can get to know you and your brand. I will write a design brief for your approval so we are both on the same page for our project outcomes. As a part of the design process I will brainstorm, make mood boards and research your industry and competitors. Different projects will then proceed in different ways. I will provide you with design options to choose depending on your budget, timeframe and project goals.
What do you design?
I design brand identity packages, logos, websites, stationary, advertisements… the lists goes on. If you’re after beautiful work that needs to be printed or appear online I can design it. Duende Design offers a comprehensive range of packages tailored for a variety of small businesses. You can find our packages here.
How much do you charge?

I endeavour to be transparent in our pricing and expectations so it important that we have all the information up front to provide an accurate quote and guide you towards the best package choice. If the parameters of the project change additional charges may be incurred. These are explained in our Terms and Conditions which are provided to you at project commencement. Why do I need a brand identity?
Having a brand identity that shows your ideal client what you stand for and that demonstrates the key components of your business is a vital key to success in often saturated markets. A solid and consistent brand identity makes you more easily recognisable. Brand identity also enables you to show your personality through the designs that you choose and how you apply your brand images in media. Design is memorable and it encourages clients to seek you out and keep coming back for more.
How long does it take to design a logo?
A logo usually takes 4-8 weeks as we work through a robust process. If you are tight on time you can provide me with a timeframe and I will let you I know what is achievable in a short time frame. You can find our logo design packages here. Of course we want you to love the finished product so we don’t want to rush as the creative process does take time.
I only need a logo - will you do that?
Yes I design logos but I think you’ll find that you want to see that logo appearing on your print media and online so our base package also includes a couple of brand collateral items. Once your receive your logo you will want to share it and our packages make that easy.
